Pilar Blanco-Eble

Pilar Blanco-Eble, Ed.D., currently serves as the Vice Chancellor of Advancement at Baton Rouge Community College since October 2022. Prior to this role, Pilar held several leadership positions at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from August 2015 to October 2022, including Senior Director of Donor and External Relations and Director of Principal Gifts and External Relations, overseeing major gifts and donor relations efforts. Pilar also has experience as the Director of International Education at the University of Minnesota-Morris from September 2008 to August 2015, advocating for campus internationalization. Initial career roles included project management at the Ole Miss Foundation and various development and educational positions at Tulane University, the United States Senate, and Walt Disney World. Pilar earned a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, as well as a Master's in Higher Education and a Bachelor's in Arts from the same institution.
