Scott Kusilek

Scott Kusilek currently serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Bauer Built Inc., a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Scott worked as an Operations Team Member at Pomp's Tire Service, Inc. for a brief period in late 2021, and brought over a decade of experience from Bauer Built Inc., where Scott served in various manufacturing roles including Director of Manufacturing, Retread Operations Coordinator, and Retread Plant Manager. Notably, Scott's leadership at the Chicago facility was instrumental in achieving significant operational improvements and employee development, earning accolades such as the "Retread Plant of the Year" in 2011 and 2012. Educationally, Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where studies were completed between 1999 and 2001.
