Tim Lodl

Tim Lodl is an experienced professional in operational excellence and manufacturing with a robust background in engineering and process improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence & MIP - HST at Baxter International Inc. since July 2022, Tim previously held roles at Hillrom as Plant Manager and as Continuous Improvement Manager. Tim's tenure at GE Healthcare spanned over a decade, with a variety of positions including Advanced Manufacturing Engineer - Program Leader, Lean Leader for the MRI modality, and Lean Manufacturing Leader for X-Ray Tubes. Tim began their career as a Manufacturing Process Engineer and participated in the Operations Management Leadership Program, gaining diverse operational experience. Tim holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Saint Louis University, obtained in 2009.
