Sam Fisk

Sam Fisk is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in corporate and hospitality settings. Currently serving as Regional Executive Chef and Head Chef at BaxterStorey since September 2017, Sam manages corporate events and a hospitality floor for Credit Suisse, having successfully established a new kitchen in January 2019. Prior roles include Head Chef at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where Sam oversaw the entire hospitality business, and Bloomberg, providing high-quality dining services. Previous experiences include sous chef at Morgan Stanley, junior sous chef at Nomura, and owner of Fisk Dining Solutions. Sam's culinary journey began with a Diploma in Professional Chef, Catering from Westminster Kingsway College, complemented by foundational training at various prestigious establishments.
