Vanessa Lynch-Shaw

Vanessa Lynch-Shaw is a seasoned human resources professional with a strong background in HR functions and operations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Bay State Physical Therapy since July 2020, Vanessa previously held the position of Human Resources Assistant at Harbor Health Services, Inc. from December 2015 to January 2022. Earlier in their career, Vanessa worked as a Sr. Operations Associate at the Inter American Development Bank for nearly 16 years, from March 2000 to December 2015. Vanessa's educational background includes studies at the University of Belize.
