Dorothy Dlamini

Dorothy Dlamini has extensive experience in statistical analytics and health research, currently serving as the Director and Head of Oncology Medical Statistical Analytics at Bayer since October 2015. Dlamini’s career at Bayer began in April 2012, with progressively advanced roles, including Associate Director and Senior Manager. Prior to Bayer, Dlamini held positions as a Strategic Contracts Analyst and Business Analyst within the organization. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, Research Analyst at the Minnesota Department of Health, and Student Researcher at the Mayo Clinic. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Epidemiology from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Macalester College, along with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Waterford Kamhlaba UWCSA.
