Imke Nagel

Imke Nagel currently serves as Global IT Innovation Lead and Head of Enablement at Bayer, with responsibility for global IT applications supporting communications and HR, capacity planning, and operational collaboration with service providers. Nagel has extensive experience in service operation management and business development, previously holding roles such as Head of Service Operation Management HR-IT and Key Account Manager for International Affiliates, where responsibilities included process improvement and escalation management. Earlier experience includes serving as Engagement Manager at Compuware GmbH, where Imke successfully acquired new customers and surpassed revenue targets. Nagel holds a Diploma in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from RWTH Aachen University.
