Jim Bowman

Jim Bowman is a seasoned executive in the agricultural industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development and Licensing at Bayer Crop Science since June 2018, where responsibilities include managing global projects and licensing negotiations. Prior experience at Monsanto Company spans nearly a decade, including roles such as Vice President of Global Strategy, Global Marketing Lead, and Global Product Management, where Bowman focused on strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives. Additional experience includes commercial leadership in Mexico and various marketing positions in the United States, where Bowman developed product strategies and drove demand creation for key agricultural products.
