Valentina Deeva

Valentina Deeva is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in demand management and logistics across various multinational companies. Currently, Valentina serves as the Regional Demand Manager for EMEA at Bayer, having held several key positions within the company, including Customer Supply Chain Manager and S&OP Manager for the EMEA region. Prior to Bayer, Valentina worked at GSK as a Warehousing & Distribution Expert focusing on ERP implementation. Valentina's experience also includes serving as Supply Chain Manager for the Middle East region at Novartis Consumer Health and holding multiple roles at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities included S&OP Leader for Global Export Markets and Demand Planning Manager for Eastern Europe. Valentina holds a Master’s Degree in Geology from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
