Salah Hassan

Salah Hassan serves as the Company Secretary at BB Energy since April 2022, following a tenure at Thomson Reuters from January 2016 to April 2022, where roles included CEMA Manager and General Counsel Co Sec Assistant. Prior experience includes working as Company Secretary Assistant and Head of Finance and Admin Assistant at HH Saudi Research and Marketing (UK) Ltd. from May 2013 to September 2015, contributing to operations in a major media organization. Salah Hassan has also held the position of Legal Counsel at Horizen Oil and Gas from January 2011 to March 2013, and began a career in finance as an Accountant Trainee at Bavarian Auto Group in July 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business/Trade/Commerce from the University of Medical Science and Technology and a Foundation degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nottingham.
