Tricia Gilliss

Tricia Gilliss is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Vice President and HR Business Partner at BLANKSLATE Partners since January 2016, Tricia plays a pivotal role in assisting small businesses with HR solutions to enhance their talent management capabilities. In addition, Tricia has provided talent acquisition consulting for RHEI and worked as a recruitment partner for Chimp - Charitable Impact since 2017. Previous roles include HR Business Partner positions at AURA Office Design and Invoice Simple, as well as expertise in IT staffing at S.i. Systems. Tricia's early career involved business consulting at McNair Business Development and communication roles with the Government of Saskatchewan. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Regina and has furthered education at Queen's University.
