Tina Ireland

Tina Ireland has extensive experience in property assessment and organizational leadership, currently serving as Assessor Residential & Workforce Oversight and Organizational Change Lead at BC Assessment since November 1995. Key accomplishments include designing and implementing a new operating model that impacted over 500 individuals, leading the creation of the annual assessment roll for over 360,000 properties worth $200 billion in the Vancouver Island Region, and serving as a corporate media spokesperson addressing politically sensitive issues. Ireland's previous roles encompass various leadership and assessment positions, showcasing expertise in service strategy development for 1.9 million property owners and overseeing a provincial assessment team.
