Paul Lemley

Paul Lemley is the Chief Strategy Officer and Chairman of BC Construction Group, a national Design-Build firm focused on specialized facilities across various sectors, including healthcare and education, since July 2017. Lemley also serves as Principal Consultant at The Lemley Group, providing management consulting for design and construction firms. Previously held positions include Senior Vice President of Operations at Triangle Associates, Executive Vice President at Van Haren Electric Inc., and President and COO at Bouma. Additional experience includes senior roles at Alberici Constructors and Giffels Associates, where Lemley was instrumental in business development and client acquisition. Educational background includes degrees in Electrical Engineering and Systems Analysis from Lawrence Technological University, complemented by foundational studies at Wayne State University and Warren Woods High School.
