Amit Sharma

Amit Sharma is a seasoned professional in the travel industry with extensive experience in team leadership and training. Currently serving as a Team Leader at BCD Travel since August 2021, Amit oversees service level agreements (SLAs), manages team performance, and aids in the development of new hires. Prior to this role, Amit worked as a Process Trainer at Om Aviate from July 2016 to August 2020 and as a Travel Counselor at Carlson Wagonlit Travel from October 2013 to July 2016, where responsibilities included ticketing, bookings, and client support.
