Kevin Settle

Kevin Settle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resources within the military context. Currently serving as an Acquisition Analyst at BCF Solutions since October 2022, Kevin previously held significant positions including Vice President and Chief Staff Officer at the Navy Reserve Region Readiness and Mobilization Command Norfolk, where management of multiple priorities and support for 24 Navy Reserve Center CEOs across 12 states was a focus. Notable accomplishments include enhancing employee engagement and succession planning for over 200 personnel at the Expeditionary Combat Readiness Center and improving operational readiness as CEO of the Navy Operational Support Center Knoxville. Kevin's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Virginia Tech.
