Bryan Ramos

Bryan Ramos is a seasoned professional in higher education and consulting, currently serving as the Consulting Team Talent Senior Manager at the Boston Consulting Group since January 2023. As a founding member of BCG's Brooklyn office, Bryan plays a critical role in fostering a dynamic community of business consultants and digital innovators. Prior to joining BCG, Bryan held multiple leadership positions at NYU Stern School of Business from May 2011 to January 2023, including Assistant Dean for Global & Experiential Education, where strategic initiatives for global programs and institutional partnerships were spearheaded. Additional roles at NYU included Executive Director of the MBA Office of Student Engagement and Director of MBA Experiential Learning, focusing on enhancing student experiences and implementing project-based learning curricula. Bryan holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, a Master of Arts in Applied Developmental & Educational Psychology from Boston College Lynch School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology with a minor in Management from Boston College.
