Idil Secil

Idil Secil is currently an Incoming 2025 Summer Associate at Boston Consulting Group as of June 2024. In addition, Idil serves on the Board of Governors and as Chief Ad Sales Officer for The Mask and Wig Club of the University of Pennsylvania, where significant contributions include coordinating marketing for over 30 shows and managing DEI strategy as an Executive Board Member. As Co-President and External Chair of UPenn Consult for America, Idil organizes a major annual corporate-sponsored case competition while previously providing consulting services as an Associate Consultant. Current educational pursuits include a master's in Behavioral and Decision Sciences and a bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics at the University of Pennsylvania. Additional experience includes internships at Dow Jones and Girls Inc., co-founding Youth for Alzheimer's, and leadership roles in various organizations such as the Takev Schools Model United Nations.
