Kritika Aggarwal

Kritika Aggarwal currently serves as the APAC Executive Hiring Lead for the Consulting Practice at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since June 2022, focusing on sourcing top-tier talent for strategic roles across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Prior to BCG, Kritika held various positions at Egon Zehnder, including APAC Talent Sourcer and Assistant Manager, where leadership hiring was a central responsibility. Kritika's earlier experience includes significant roles at Heidrick & Struggles in human resources and talent acquisition, as well as a management trainee position at the All India Management Association. Kritika holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Delhi University.
