Malene Rydahl

Malene Rydahl is the founder of IKIGAI LIFE, where Malene also serves as a keynote speaker and executive coach, a position held since September 2015. Rydahl is a senior advisor at Boston Consulting Group since March 2021 and has been a lecturer at Sciences Po since April 2019. Additionally, Rydahl is a partner at 42Raw and an external lecturer at HEC Paris Executive Education, both roles maintained since November 2009 and June 2018, respectively. As an author, Rydahl has published works with Flammarion since September 2017 and previously with Grasset from April 2014 to September 2017. Rydahl has also contributed as a Goodwill Ambassador for Copenhagen Goodwill Ambassadors since September 2015. Prior to these roles, Rydahl held significant positions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation as Director of Corporate Communications and Director of Public Relations for the EAME region, from October 2006 to August 2015, and served as Director of Communications at Relais & Châteaux for a brief period in 2005-2006. Rydahl's academic foundation includes education from Niels Brock business school from 1997 to 2000.
