Patti Cingerana

Patti Cingerana has been with Boston Consulting Group since February 2014, progressing through roles such as Consulting Team Talent Director and Staffing Coordinator, where responsibilities included developing relationships within the NJ office, analyzing staffing data, acting as a liaison with the Finance team, and assisting in recruiting processes. Prior to BCG, Patti worked at Formedic Communications, Ltd from November 2005 to February 2014 as a Business Unit Manager/Executive Assistant, where significant accomplishments included redesigning organizational structures, improving employee retention, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Patti holds an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurial Leadership and a B.S. in Business Administration from Felician University, along with an Associate's degree from Raritan Valley Community College.
