Rajat Mathur

Rajat Mathur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, currently serving as a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since June 2019, focusing on the India Consulting Practice. Prior to BCG, Rajat held the position of Director in Strategy & Operations Consulting at Deloitte India, where leadership was provided for client engagements in strategy and digital transformation. Rajat also contributed as an Associate Director at PwC, leading a team of consultants, and held the role of Senior Director & Head of India Consulting at Cognilytics. Previous experiences include consulting roles at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants and Inductis, with a strong grounding in technology and analytics from an early position as a Software Developer at Indigo Architects. Rajat holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rajasthan.
