Sam Juraschka Allen is an experienced business leader with a strong focus on product development and innovation within the technology and consulting sectors. Currently a Partner at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and serving on the board of ClearMarket Capital, Allen has led various roles at BCG X and BCG Digital Ventures, where responsibilities included managing startup creation for Fortune 500 clients. With foundational experiences as Co-Founder of Lani & Kai and MobiCare, along with leadership positions at Rookie, Bloom Ventures, and Blue Ant Media, Allen has consistently demonstrated expertise in product leadership and entrepreneurial ventures. Allen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishop's University, entrepreneurship studies at the University of Toronto, and design thinking at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
