Sapna Mehta

Sapna Mehta is a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with extensive experience in strategic consulting across multiple industries, including financial services and the public sector. Since joining BCG in 2015, Sapna has held various leadership roles, including Principal and Project Leader, where responsibilities included developing global market expansion strategies and facilitating technology modernization initiatives. Prior experience includes senior consulting positions at Monitor Deloitte, focusing on corporate strategy and leading high-impact projects that resulted in significant cost savings and enhanced customer experiences. Sapna’s expertise is further complemented by earlier roles in operations research and industrial engineering, as well as a strong educational background with an MBA from Ivey Business School and a BASc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto.
