Steve Milovich

Steve Milovich currently holds positions as Chairman and Board Member at the Institute for the Future and as a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), while also serving as Executive In Residence and Professor at Utah State University's Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. Previously, Milovich was part of the Hudson Institute of Coaching's Leadership Team until November 2023 and spent over 15 years at The Walt Disney Company in various senior human resources roles, including SVP of Global Human Resources and Talent & Workforce Diversity. Other notable experiences include leadership roles at Walker Digital, Honeywell, Macy's, and PepsiCo. Milovich holds an Executive MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a degree in Economics from Utah State University.
