Susan Ramirez

Susan (Hazard) Ramirez CFA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and analytics, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition Technology Transformation at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since September 2008. Susan's leadership roles at BCG have included overseeing North America Experienced and Digital Hiring and Analytics, as well as various talent acquisition operations. Prior to joining BCG, Susan worked as a consultant for Noble Network of Charter Schools and the Chicago Public Education Fund, and held positions as an Investment Risk Consultant and Analyst at Northern Trust Company. Susan holds an MBA in Strategy and Health Sector Management from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BSBA in Decision Science from Valparaiso University.
