Vinciane Beauchene

Vinciane Beauchene is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where leadership roles include global oversight of the Talent & Skills and Human x AI offerings, as well as leading the People & Organization Practice across Western Europe, South America, and Africa. With experience at BCG since December 2008, previous positions include Principal and Project Leader, focusing on large-scale transformations and human resources in various industries. Prior to BCG, Project Manager roles were held at Mercer, managing M&A-related projects and supporting health benefits strategy. An internship at LVMH provided early career experience. Vinciane Beauchene holds a Master’s degree in Management from HEC Paris and a CEMS Management degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
