Mark Braund

Mark Braund currently serves as Chair at REACT Group plc since December 2020 and at BCN Group since October 2022, where BCN specializes in cloud-first data strategies for mid-market and public sector organizations. Braund is also a Director at CRMSquad from December 2020 and held the Chair position at NFS Technology from September 2021 to August 2024, overseeing a successful business exit to a U.S. private equity firm. In addition, Braund chaired Partway Group Plc from June 2021 to July 2024, managing its turnaround and asset sale. Previous roles include Chair at Livingstone Group from February 2022 to February 2023, and advisor at MB Associates, alongside leading RedstoneConnect as CEO from March 2015 to December 2018 through a successful turnaround. Braund held the position of Chief Executive Officer at InterQuest Group PLC from May 2011 to December 2015 and served as Executive Vice President at First Advantage from May 2008 to May 2011, leading operations across North America, Canada, and EMEA.
