David Cotney

David Cotney is the current Director at BCube Analytics. Prior to their work at BCube Analytics, Cotney was the Executive Vice President & Regulatory Director at FS Vector from July 2017 to December 2019. From June 1990 to September 2016, Cotney served as Commissioner of Banks at the Massachusetts Division of Banks where they were responsible for the supervision of nearly 200 state-chartered banks and credit unions holding combined assets of over $400 billion. Cotney has also served as Chairman of the State Liaison Committee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) and as the first State voting member of the FFIEC's Task Force on Consumer Compliance.

David Cotney has a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, a MBA from Questrom School of Business at Boston University, and a BA in Political Science from Tufts University. David also attended Concord Academy for high school.
