Serge Blumenfrucht is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience in strategy execution and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Partner at BDO Belgium since September 2019, Serge leads the Advisory practice in Strategy and Transformation, specializing in management of transformations and implementation of operational frameworks. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Partner and Management Consultant at Ideas at Work, where Serge focused on Lean Management and Customer Experience, and as Operation Director at Actuapedia N.V. Additionally, Serge held key positions at Belgian Post and Digital Age Design, managing teams and projects aimed at process improvement and user experience in ICT development. Serge holds an engineering degree in ICT from Université libre de Bruxelles and furthered education at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
