Michel Snoeren

Michel Snoeren is an experienced ICT professional with a career spanning over three decades in various managerial roles within the IT and service management sectors. Currently serving as Contract Manager at BDO Nederland since January 2018, Michel oversees the creation of contracts with ICT suppliers, ensuring that BDO's requirements are accurately documented to maintain continuity for all parties involved. Prior to this position, Michel held roles such as Service Manager and IT Process Manager at BDO, reinforcing service agreements and improving operational processes. Previous experience includes significant tenures at Ricoh Nederland, where responsibilities included being a Senior Process Manager and Transitions Manager, managing contractual obligations and leading outsourcing projects. Michel also worked at Nashuatec and Brouwers Lichttechniek, gaining expertise in service desk administration, engineering, and product management. Michel holds an MTS degree with vocational proficiency, obtained between 1988 and 1993.
