Paul Siy

Paul Siy is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in IT leadership, infrastructure transformation, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at BDO Unibank since October 2019, Paul leads the organization’s IT infrastructure transformation, including cloud migration and the deployment of collaboration tools for over 30,000 users. Prior to this role, Paul was an Independent Consultant and held various senior positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. where responsibilities included leading global compute services and managing critical infrastructure for investment banking and treasury operations in the Asia Pacific region. Paul's earlier career involved leadership roles at companies such as Macquarie, CSTechnology, and Citibank, showcasing a strong track record in technology management across diverse environments. Paul holds an MBA from HKUST Business School.
