Diane Moore is a seasoned professional in the field of expatriate taxation, currently serving as Managing Director of Global Employer Services at BDO USA since October 2012, after progressing from Senior Manager in the same division. Diane specializes in assisting companies with globally mobile employees throughout the entire foreign assignment lifecycle, including cost projections, tax equalization policies, and compliance matters. Prior experience includes roles as a Tax Preparer at Skoda Minotti and as Office Manager at both Hilty Moore & Associates, Inc. and Halcyon Products, Inc., where Diane managed billing, human resources, and contract negotiations. Diane began a career in tax consulting at EY, contributing to expatriate services and legislative writing for the state of Ohio. Diane holds a Juris Doctorate in Tax Law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and International Studies from Miami University.
