Steven Shill

Steven Shill is the Managing Principal for BDO USA's Assurance Practice in the Western United States and serves on BDO USA's Board of Directors. With a focus on the healthcare industry, Steven oversees global healthcare operations for BDO and leads the Bay Area Assurance Practice. Prior experience includes serving as Financial Manager at Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited, specializing in risk management and consulting within the retirement and healthcare sectors, and earlier roles at Grant Thornton as an Audit Associate, Senior, and Supervisor. Steven holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Finance, and Auditing from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor of Accounting Science (Honors) from the University of South Africa, complemented by recent studies at Harvard Business School in June 2023.
