Steve Randall

Steve Randall is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in service operations and business change across the heating and energy sectors. Currently serving as Head of Service - CoE at BDR Thermea Group since March 2020, Steve is instrumental in realizing strategic objectives through business process improvements across seven European operating companies. Prior to this role, Steve held various positions at Baxi Heating from 1997 to 2020, including Head of Business Change, where responsibilities included the implementation of ERP, SMS, and CRM solutions across multiple countries. Other significant roles included Service Operations Manager, overseeing the operational aspects of a large field engineering team, and Project Manager for the maintenance of heating units during the London Olympics. Steve holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Warwick.
