Tzlil Reich

Tzlil Reich currently serves as the Employee Development and Training Manager at Be-Atzmi since December 2024. Prior to this role, Tzlil was the Talent Development Team Lead & Career Program Manager at Jumpin from January 2022 to December 2024, focusing on talent development, digital marketing, and recruitment processes. Previous experience includes Head of Logistics Department at Ruach Tova from October 2021 to May 2022, Guidance Counselor at Otot from March 2020 to October 2021, and a similar role at the Municipality of Jerusalem from March 2017 to December 2019. Tzlil also managed and headed acquisition at Pasta Basta from December 2014 to December 2019, overseeing operations in a high-traffic restaurant in Jerusalem. Education was pursued at Tel Aviv University and Hadassah Academic College, with a focus on further learning at Tel Aviv University from 2023 to 2024.
