Amanda van Tilborg

Amanda van Tilborg, CPHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at BE Power Equipment, Amanda has previously held significant positions such as Human Resources Business Partner at Marshall Aerospace and Vice President of Human Resources at CubicFarm Systems Corp., where leadership in the development of new HR initiatives and executive-level responsibility were key contributions. Prior experience includes directing HR functions at Tabor Village during the Covid-19 pandemic, managing HR operations at Golden Valley Foods Ltd. and EggSolutions-Vanderpols Inc., and enhancing health, safety, and wellness programs at the University of the Fraser Valley. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and Organizational Studies and a Liberal Arts Diploma from the University of the Fraser Valley.
