With a background in digital strategy and project management, Newbold has successfully scaled Telehealth services and developed comprehensive customer strategies, alongside previous roles in research and consultancy. An accomplished academic, Newbold holds a PhD in Communication and Media Studies from Northwestern University and has extensive teaching experience, having delivered numerous courses in media history and communication.
