Seamus Linnane

Seamus Linnane is an accomplished Consultant Respiratory and General Physician with extensive experience in various prestigious hospitals. Currently serving at Beacon Hospital since January 2018, Seamus Linnane chairs the Medicine Division and has implemented several innovative programs, including a pulmonary rehabilitation initiative and an ITU stepdown program. Concurrently, at Blackrock Clinic since January 2008, Seamus Linnane has developed acute medical admissions services and expanded diagnostic capabilities, establishing an endobronchial ultrasound service and a sleep diagnostic service. Seamus Linnane's previous role at Beaumont Hospital from 2009 to 2019 involved co-chairing the lung cancer multidisciplinary team and developing numerous lung cancer services, achieving significant improvements in compliance with key performance indicators.
