Nandini Easwar

Nandini Easwar is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various executive roles, currently serving as the Chief Technology and Information Officer at Beam Benefits and a member of the Board of Directors at SheTO. Previously, Nandini has held positions such as VP of Engineering at HR Acuity and CTO and Co-Founder of Speakfully, where Nandini focused on product innovation and workplace mistreatment solutions. With a rich background at Esurance, including roles as Head of IT Compliance and Director of Systems Engineering, Nandini led global software engineering efforts with a significant operational budget. Nandini holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Temple University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, complemented by a program at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
