Dan Jackson

Dan Jackson currently serves as Vice Chair at Beamish Museum and as Director of Policy, Involvement & Stakeholder Affairs for North East and North Cumbria NHS. Prior roles include Director of Governance and Partnerships for North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care System, and Head of Strategic Development for Sunderland Clinical Commissioning Group. Dan has a strong background in governance, strategic planning, and community development, demonstrated through positions at South Tyneside Council and Linskill and North Tyneside Community Development Trust. An academic background includes a Ph.D. in History from Northumbria University and further qualifications in local government management from the University of Warwick, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's degree, both in History and Sociology.
