Jolien Paalman

Jolien Paalman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles. Currently serving as Principal at Beanstalk AgTech since October 2024, Jolien previously held the position of Country Manager for Zambia and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Apollo Agriculture from January 2022 to August 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group from November 2016 to October 2021, and an internship in Economic Affairs at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in South Africa. Jolien's educational background includes a Master's Degree in International Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, an International Bachelor in Economics and Business Economics from the same institution, and ongoing studies at the University of Technology Sydney.
