Hussein Modather

Hussein Modather, (PMI-PMP)®, (PMI-RMP)®, currently serves as a Construction Manager at BEC Arabia since July 2023, overseeing the execution of an ultra-luxury resort project. In the previous role at Rowad Modern Engineering, Modather managed the Seashell Playa Resort project. During tenure at Orascom Construction from January 2018 to December 2022, responsibilities included acting as Construction Manager for the Latin District project and serving as Site Team Leader for the ELMASA Towers project. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Site Engineer at Combined Group Contracting Company and Site Civil Engineer positions at both Hassan Allam Holding and Orascom Construction, along with serving as a Reserve Engineer Officer in the Egyptian Navy. Modather holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Alexandria University, earned in July 2011.
