Mohamed Atef

Mohamed Atef is an experienced Senior QA/QC Manager currently overseeing the Sindalah Island project as part of the NEOM initiative in Saudi Arabia, with an anticipated project cost of 3.6 billion SAR. Previously, Mohamed served as QA/QC Manager for multiple projects at Rowad Modern Engineering, including the High-Speed Rail and Light Rail Transit projects, where responsibilities included implementing quality management systems and developing departmental work plans. With prior roles in quality control and engineering at notable companies such as Hassan Allam Holding, Gama Construction, and Engineering Consultants Group S.A., Mohamed has a robust background in structural engineering and quality assurance, supported by a PhD in Structural Engineering from Cairo University.
