Emmely de Regt-Kruft

Emmely de Regt-Kruft is currently the HR Director for Bechtle Nederland since January 2025, overseeing Human Resources for 900 professionals within the Bechtle Group in the Netherlands. Previous roles include HR Director at PQR, where responsibilities involved implementing corporate HR policies and contributing to organizational transformation, and Head of Human Resources, Facilities, and Culture at PQR, focusing on strategic goal realization. Emmely has also served as a Senior HR Business Partner and Corporate Recruiter at Winvision, where tasks included talent acquisition and HR policy development. Earlier experience includes operations management and recruitment roles at Conclusion and Maersk Line, complemented by a Master's degree in International (Economical) Relations from Utrecht University.
