Tina Rubino

Tina Rubino is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Beco Industries Ltd. since September 2019, Tina previously held the role of Senior Manager, Human Resources at Avon Canada from August 2011 to September 2019. Prior to this, Tina worked at Primo International Inc. as Directrice ressources humaines, contributing strategic HR expertise in various areas, and at Avon Canada as Partenaire d'affaires principal, RH, advising on comprehensive HR management practices. Tina's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in psychosociology of communication and Human Resources management from Université du Québec à Montréal.
