Ben S.

Ben S. is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the VP/GM for the Peripheral IV Catheter Platform at BD since November 2024, Ben has held several significant leadership roles, including Vice President and General Manager at Mammotome - A Danaher Company from January 2024 to November 2024 and Vice President - Global Marketing, Strategy & Business Development at Mammotome from November 2020 to December 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Director of Global Strategic Marketing at Johnson & Johnson and Regional Marketing Director at Ethicon, where Ben drove substantial growth through strategic initiatives. An Army veteran with a rank of Captain, Ben holds an MBA in International Business from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology & Cognitive Sciences from the University of Michigan.
