Isaac Odim

Isaac Odim currently serves as the Design Controls Business Process Owner at BD since June 2024, after working as a Systems & Quality Assurance Engineering Consultant and the Systems Engineering & Quality Assurance Lead at Riva Health from April 2022 to June 2024, focusing on design controls and compliance for FDA submissions. Previously, Odim held various roles at Cantel Medical, where significant contributions included serving as the Senior Systems Engineer overseeing ISO compliance for endoscope reprocessing products, and earlier as a Senior Mechanical Engineer leading redesign efforts for the Scope Buddy Plus product. Other notable experiences include directing operations at Motion - Physical Therapy, and fulfilling senior engineering positions at Medtronic and Boston Scientific, contributing to the development and testing of implantable devices and process improvements. Odim holds a Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
