David Brantner

David Brantner is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as General Manager of the Remodel Division at BedBrock Developers since January 2022, David also operates Brantner Group, LLC, a construction consulting and project management firm, which has been active since January 2016. Prior roles include Construction Project Manager at Landmark Homes USA, where significant projects such as the Aerium townhome developments were initiated, and Superintendent at Green Street Communities, where cash flow reporting was implemented. David has held ownership positions at Fairway Homes Inc. and Earlie Homes, contributing to various remodel projects and community developments throughout the Phoenix area. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
