Mariana Topalova is an experienced People Manager currently at Bede Gaming since October 2022, where responsibilities include offering high-quality, objective support throughout the employee lifecycle and promoting a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Prior to this, Mariana served as Global People Operations Manager at Reward Gateway from May 2015 to October 2022, overseeing HR operations across multiple countries and implementing policies to enhance workplace culture and employee retention. Mariana’s career began at Yazaki Bulgaria, where responsibilities included workforce planning, training needs assessment, and relationship management with both employees and management. Mariana holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Plovdiv and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Ruse.
