Hector Ramos

Hector Ramos serves as the Director of Investments at ICA Fund since 2022, focusing on venture capital and supporting diverse, mission-driven entrepreneurs. From 2019 to 2022, Hector was a Founding Board Member of SomosVC, a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing Latino/a representation in venture capital. Previously, Hector held the position of Vice President at Silicon Valley Bank from 2016 to 2020, where relationships with early to growth-stage technology startups were managed. Hector's career includes experience as a Microfinance Fellow at Kiva in 2015, Associate in TMT Corporate Banking at BNP Paribas CIB from 2012 to 2015, Senior Financial Analyst at Electronic Arts in 2012, and Senior Financial Analyst at Wells Fargo from 2007 to 2011. Hector possesses a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and completed the VC Unlocked program at Stanford University.
